Although women are making progress in reducing the gender pay gap and increasing representation on executive boards, leadership positions, and across various industries, including STEM and sports, not all women experience this progress equally. The advancement for Asian women, in particular, is occurring at a slower pace.
In the careers section, we explore various topics related to this issue, featuring inspiring women who are challenging stereotypes and systemic barriers. We also provide useful resources and tools to help you achieve your career development goals.
