AMBERfest Kids 2025: "When I Grow Up"
Following the success of AMBERfest 2025 and feedback from many who attended, we’re excited to announce our first-ever event for children — AMBERfest Kids 2025!
The theme of the event is "When I Grow Up"
This event will inspire children to dream big, believe in themselves, and start thinking about their future hopes and ambitions. *Children are encouraged to come dressed as what they aspire to be when they grow up.
Who’s It For?
Children in Primary school years, ages 5-11.
What’s Happening?
We’ve lined up an exciting afternoon full of inspiration and energy, led by amazing role models including:
⭐ Aneila Afsar – BBC Gladiators 2025 Finalist and professional Taekwondo athlete representing both Great Britain and Pakistan. Read our interview with Aneila here. Aneila has also featured on BBC News inspiring young Muslim girls to take on sport, read the BBC News article here.
⭐ Manny Singh – An inspiring Primary School Teacher, who champions positive mental health and has a love for outdoor adventures and hidden antique treasures that he brings straight into his classroom! His energy and creativity light up every room- and he is ready to spark imaginations at AMBERfest Kids 2025!

Guided conversations and activities where children explore their aspirations and what they want to be when they grow up.Tae Kwon Do Taster Class:
Aneila Afsar will run an energetic session introducing basic moves and the mindset of a champion.Gladiator Challenges:
Fun physical activities inspired by the BBC Gladiators show, encouraging teamwork, resilience, and confidence.AMBER’s cofounders are all parents working full-time in primary, secondary and higher education including social work. We want to work together with our AMBER community to nurture our children's dreams and support their mental well-being together! We look forward to celebrating with you!
